Q1: What are the advantages of PET material over PVC?
A1: The PET base film is thinner and more flexible. It hardly springs back when wrapping curved surfaces, with extremely minimal orange peel texture. It delivers a real carbon fiber high-gloss finish just like clear coat coverage.
Q2: Can this 9D forged carbon wrap cover deep sharp edges of the bumper?
A2: PET features better ductility than regular PVC. However, splicing is still required for extremely recessed areas. Please refer to the official installation video for reference.
Q3: Can this vinyl be applied with ceramic coating?
A3: Yes. After 24-hour curing post installation, you can apply wax or ceramic coating normally without affecting the texture.
Q4: Why is this more expensive than 6D version?
A4: The PET base material costs more, and the 9D mold requires ultra-high precision. Factory direct sales still make it over 30% cheaper than imported brands.
